This page is initially for passenger who are dissatisfied with the level of service you are getting on the Wakefield to Bradford services 425 & 427. I know as a regular traveller that Arriva are not providing a reliable service and "fob off" any complaints by passenger with either a stanrdard letter or point the finger of blame at other.
